Kawasaki Eliminator 500 launched at Rs 5.62 lakh

Kawasaki has launched the Eliminator 500 in the Indian market. The middle-weight cruiser is priced at Rs 5.62 lakh (ex-showroom) and rivals the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650.

The Eliminator 500 is based on a steel trellis frame and features a typical cruiser look. The bike has a round LED headlamp, wide handlebars and a low seat set at a height of 734 mm. It weighs 176 kg and has a ground clearance of 150 mm.

The Eliminator 500 has telescopic forks at the front with dual shock absorbers at the rear. The bike rides on alloy wheels with an 18-inch at the front and a 16-inch rim at the rear. Braking is handled by 310 mm and 240 mm discs at the front and rear, respectively.
